Aspire Living - Aspire has 10 registered care homes in Hereford, Ross-on-Wye and Leominster. Each home provides residential care for four adults with learning disabilities, some of whom have physical disabilities and/or complex needs. Aspire Support is a generic service across Herefordshire with two main aspects: 1, The provision of support for adults with a learning disability living in their own homes. This service is user-led and involves providing practical and emotional support which promotes an integrated and independent lifestyle: 2, The provision of a high level of support with (if required) personal care for adults with a learning disability who live in their own homes and have high and/or complex needs. Aspire Choices - includes Tanbrook Centre which is a day centre catering for older people with a learning disability, provides a diverse range of activities. Social Club/Monday Club - attracts mainly younger people. Members organise daytime and evening functions and activities
