Description
We work with over 120 young people in Herefordshire every day to provide an interegated approach to meeting their housing, training and employment needs. This is achieved through outreach support workers, housing project, lone parent outreach support worker and nightstop project which provides emergency accomodation for 16-25 year olds through volunteer host families.
