Care Farming West Midlands is the first of it's kind in the UK. We have been formed to establish quality accredited farms and smallholdings that run as social enterprises with strong ethical values in the counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire. They offer day facilities for mental health recovery, opportunities for all ages with learning disabilities, disaffected youngsters and excluded youth, those with addictions and men and women coming out of the Armed Forces.
CFWM can tell you about the care farms in your area, arrange a visit to look around and also we offer a free no-obligation taster day.
Care farms can offer choice to meet the personalisation of healthcare in the UK.
