Mediation Herefordshire, formerly Herefordshire Family Mediation, has been offering Family Mediation since 1987 for couples experiencing separation or divorce to help make agreements for children, and property and financial matters. Quality assured service is free for those eligible for public funding. Other projects include: (1) "Children in Divorce" - a child counselling service for 5-21 year olds affected by parental separation. (2) "Home School Mediation" - to help parents, teachers sort out issues around children. (3) "Families in Transition" - child counselling for 5-11 year olds for issues including loss, bereavement, separation, which is funded by the Childrens Fund.
