Finding Groups in Herefordshire and Worcestershire

Description

Colwall village society's aims are to protect and improve the village environment as well as to research and record village history. It publishes a regular newsletter and holds 3 general meetings per year, all with guest speakers. It has archives of village history.Membership is £5.00 a year-contact the Membership Secretary on 01684562245.
The society has published a history/water map(price £3.00) obtainable from the Society or Colwall Post Office. In February 2013 it intends to publish a 64 page booklet 'DISCOVER COLWALL' (price £5.00) obtainable as above.
Our next public meetings (free to members, visitors welcome £2.00) are:
28thJanuary 2013 The Restoration of Perrycroft-Mark Archer.
22nd April 2013 the work of the Victoria County History at Eastnor-Janet Cooper.
16th September 2013 British Camp-Amanda Simons.
All are held at Colwall Village Hall commencing at 1930(refreshments available before the meeting).
