Description
To provide emergency accomoodation to young homeless people in the homes of volunteers, and a resettlement service. Young people to be aged 16-25 years.
We provide emergency overnight accommodation in the homes of volunteers (they provide an evening meal, bathing facilities and breakfast). Transport to and from the host's home, toilettries, clothing, lunch in the day. We also support clients to achieve an action plan to find long term accommodation. We provide a floating support service one group where the young women being supported by Nightstop join in organised activities. Providing a mediation service is presently being developed.
