Worcester Citizens Advice Bureau & WHABAC provides free, confidential and impartial advice. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problems they face. You may have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. You may have been asked to give evidence in court, or been misled by a dodgy ad. You may be facing a crisis or just considering your options.
It doesn't matter who you are, or what your situation is, we are here to help. Trained Volunteer Advisers give an holistic and personal advice service on all sorts of issues such as:
Consumer
Debt
Discrimination and harassment
Employment
Family and relationships
Housing and Homelessness
Illness and disability
Immigration
Legal matters
Welfare benefits
(and much more)

We also employ specialist caseworkers who can give assistance and advice to people in the areas of housing, welfare benefits & debt.
