Description
Herefordshire PPI Forums are made up of two forums, Primary Care Trust PPI Forum and Hereford Hospitals NHS Trust PPI Forum. The role of the Forums is to monitor and review the services that their Trust provides to ensure they meet the needs of the community. Their role is also to find out the views of their community on the provision of health care services and use the findings to make recommendation to the Trust. We do not handle with individual complaints but do monitor trends which may affect the wider community.
