Description
FREE Heartstart Courses teaching basic life support training (first aid) to community groups/ schools/ businesses across Herefordshire. We will come to any venue in Herefordshire. On the two hour course you will learn how to call for help, how to recognise the warning signs of a heart attack, how to perform cpr, how to put someone into the recovery position, how to deal with choking and serious bleeding. Simple skills that save lives. We are a registered charity and welcome donations to keep this vital service running. Volunteers wanted.
